Return & Exchange Policies


Return

To initiate a return, please proceed to the Return Center and follow the provided instructions.

Full-priced items can be returned within 45 calendar days from the date of purchase. They are eligible for a refund of the full purchase amount, minus a US$5 stocking fee. The shipping fee is non-refundable. On-sale items and late returns are not eligible for refunds.

For a refund, the item(s) must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. Items without tags, worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and approve the return, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Reverse Shipping Fee for United States & Singapore Orders

If you are located in the United States or Singapore, once your refund request has been submitted and approved, we will promptly send you a prepaid return label via email.

Reverse Shipping Fee for Rest of the World Orders

If located outside of the United States or Singapore, customers are kindly reminded that they are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping to either our United States or Singapore warehouses.


Exchange

We regret to inform you that we are currently unable to accommodate exchange requests. If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask you to follow these steps: initiate the return process for the item(s) in question and then place a new order for the desired item(s)
